Studio Sound Bath & Sananga at Metta

Join Elisabeth & Jessica for another journey of self-discovery and healing as we invite you to join us for this unique and immersive Sound Bath and Sananga in the Studio at Mettā: A Healing Arts Community.

Event Overview:

This event is a fusion of ancient healing practices, soul-soothing sounds, and the powerful healing properties of Sananga. Welcomed with nourishing fruit and tea, this experience is designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, find balance, and tap into the profound wisdom that resides within you. As you settle into a comfortable space in the studio our practitioners will inform you of what to expect before receiving your consent to begin the journey.

You may choose to partake in the Plant Medicines or just bask in the rich vibrations of the sound healing meditation.

The session begins with a clearing breathwork session while throughout the journey, our facilitators create a safe and nurturing space, holding sacred intentions and supporting your process with compassion and care. The integration of sound and plant medicine creates a synergistic effect that promotes emotional release, stress reduction, energetic alignment, and inner harmony.

Sound Bath:

Guided by Jessica, a mesmerizing experience where the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, sacred drums, and soothing voice wash over you like gentle waves. As you lie comfortably on your mat, the harmonious sounds create a sonic cocoon, enveloping you in a blanket of tranquility. The vibrations penetrate deep into your being, releasing tension and inviting profound relaxation. This auditory journey will transport you to a meditative state, where the mind becomes still, and the spirit awakens, while allowing the body to recalibrate to its most harmonious state.

Plant Medicine: Sananga:

Next, Elisabeth will introduce you to the remarkable world of Sananga, a potent plant medicine derived from the roots and bark of a sacred Amazonian shrub. Sananga has been used for centuries by indigenous tribes for its healing and visionary properties. It’s medicinal properties include Antimicrobial, Antioxidant, Anti-inflammatory, Antifungal, and Anti-cancer.

When applied as eye drops, Sananga clears the energetic pathways and enhances your inner vision, allowing for a deeper connection to your emotions, thoughts, and the world around you. As you experience the effects of the Sananga, Elisabeth will continue to guide you using essential oil third eye massage as you fully submerge into the sound bath.

Plant Medicine: Hapé

The Amazonian tradition of Hapé (pronounced ha-PAY), is a sacred medicinal tobacco snuff in which our plant medicine guide Elisabeth will gently administer through the nose at the end of your session, if you choose to have this option. Hapé is revered for its profound grounding and clearing properties, creating a bridge between you and the spirit of the plants.

[Plant medicines are always optional. Curiosity is always welcome.]
