Meet Biz
Elisabeth “Biz” White
Elisabeth got her nickname Biz when she was about five, but it was while attending Baylor University where she earned a Bachelors in Fashion Merchandising that it really stuck.
Over the course of Biz’s career she’s worked as a clothier for an upscale men’s apparel company, marketing manager for a large commercial flooring firm, and even brand ambassador for a closet organizing department of a big box store. Her experiences in the corporate world led her to search for ways to make life more meaningful.
Biz was tired of the rat race and wanted to create her own business that helped people who were searching for the same things she was, as well as finding their own unique style. Recycling, repurposing and rediscovering ways to live your life with a focus on your passions and joys, instead of constantly being swallowed up with “stuff”. Rediscover Your Closet was built on a philosophy of living a chaos-free life - from being confident in your own body, with your own style and in a home that is organized in such a way you eliminate undo stress. “I truly understand how chaos and clutter can effect one’s energy and space.” says Biz. “My shopping addiction was real and held me back financially and mentally. Helping others obtain some freedom from clutter is my goal working with you and your lifestyle.” Cheers to the freedom that can bring!

Biz loves animals and has been an avid dog rescue volunteer and foster for many years.
There is no time to be bored in a world beautiful as this.
Biz has traveled across the United States as well as trips to South America, the Caribbean and Mexico. Over the years, her travel experiences have opened her heart and mind to many paths for healing, self-reflection and personal growth. She has attainted Reiki Level 1 certification (an ancient healing art that allows it's practitioners to experience deep relaxation on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and levels), has gone through Kambo training (a South American frog medicine for body and mind insight), and has a devoted yoga practice. Biz met her partner, Ed Smith, when they were both ski instructors at Red River in New Mexico. What started as an instant attraction and shared interests soon evolved into a relationship full of fun, love and mutual admiration. They both reside in the historic Pittsburgh neighborhood called Mexican War Streets where Ed runs his family’s 5th generation Home Renovation company called, Smith Coatings & Design. They specialize in renewing and restoring homes and buildings - painting exterior and interior, exterior stone and brick sealing, and repair. Ed and Biz are now working together to combine their talents - renewing, revitalizing and rediscovering the beauty in your home, and in your life.
