I work with the body as a living, feeling storyteller. As a somatic movement practitioner, I guide people back into relationship with themselves through mindful movement, sensation, and breath. I believe the body holds both our wounds and our wisdom, and when we slow down enough to listen, healing unfolds naturally. My work invites softness, curiosity, and compassion—creating space for release, integration, and a deeper sense of coming home to oneself.

I see the home as a living energetic field. Through intuitive clearing practices, I help release lingering energy that no longer serves—inviting in clarity, protection, and flow. Each clearing is guided by the unique needs of the space and the people within it, with the intention of restoring balance and creating a sanctuary that supports rest, healing, and growth.

Through the use of bells, gongs, and smudging, I support the clearing of stagnant energy and invite balance, grounding, and harmony back into the space.
